Shipping Policy

ADDRESSES TO WHICH WE SHIP
All packages will be shipped from US warehouse, currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. Currently, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically will be shipped within two business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. In the rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment. The overall delivery time is about 3-7 working days, and if you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support@eryyshop.com. For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

ORDER CANCELLATION FEE
If you want to cancel your order and the package is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the order cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee of $30-$100 (depending on the weight of the package). If the package has been delivered, ERYY will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

ORDER TRACKING
You can find the tracking number on the order page or in the email. Click here and enter the tracking number to view tracking information. If you haven't received the package, however, the tracking information shows the package have been delivered. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
